Guided movement and contact dance
Authentic relating and connection practices
Fire Ceremony
Intuitive painting with guided techniques
Somatic awareness and body-based reflection
A gentle pause from the male-dominated, fast pace of everyday life. This weekend immersion is designed to give you the space to soften into presence with other women. From this place, you can begin to listen more closely to your inner experience, notice habitual relational patterns, and practice staying connected, to yourself and others, with curiosity and care.
Through dance, painting, somatic awareness, ritual and authentic relating practices, you are invited to gently deepen your awareness of yourself and how you show up in relationship.
This immersion is for women who want to:
Feel more at home in their body while connecting with others
Explore creativity as a pathway to self-awareness
Practice authentic expression without pressure or performance
Gently notice relational patterns and emotional edges
Build confidence in showing up as they are

“Hannah's space is truly transformative. With her natural intuition and gentle guidance, she creates a safe and nurturing environment where I felt comfortable opening up and exploring what lay deep within me. Her calm presence instilled a sense of trust and ease, allowing me to release what was holding me back on my healing journey. Hannah possesses a unique and invaluable gift for helping others become aware of and let go of what no longer serves them. My experience with her work has been nothing short of powerful, and I highly value the profound transformation it has brought into my life.”
