2 hour Painting Workshop

For anyone, at any stage of their creative journey, If you have never picked up a brush or are a seasoned painter. 

ENJOY THE PROCESS, LET GO OF EXPECTATION

Through guided techniques and somatic prompts, together we will create spaces of delight with acrylic on canvas. 

During this 2 hour session I will sprinkle in some instruction to painting techniques while providing lots of room to play. The structure of the class is broken into 3 parts and each transition with be followed by a chance to reflect on the experience and how it relates to our life at large. Through this process we can begin to rewrite stories we have told ourselves about what is good vs bad art, and expand into greater states of creativity. 

Wednesday night drop-ins: 6-8pm

September 10th, 17th, and 24th and October 8th!

Come to one session or all 4!

This workshop is designed to be a stand alone experience, but each group of people brings up unique topics, making it worth while if you want to come back for 2 or even 4 sessions!

Let go of expectations and embrace the creative process in a supportive environment.

Please keep in mind that I do this for a living and my pay what you can model allows for people of different economic standing to participate while supporting my craft and allowing me to share my experience and knowledge:

$45 - support, this will not cover the cost of materials and my time but if you really want to learn from me and genuinely don’t have the financial capability, then I would like to offer this option.

$70 - sustain, this will just cover the cost of materials and my time for this workshop. 

$95 - expand, highly recommended if you have the ability to support me to expand my practice and allow me to continue doing workshops like this in the future.
